The Captain’s Table is delighted to announce a new collaboration with ZEBOX.
As part of our mission to accelerate innovation across the maritime, logistics and ocean-tech sectors we have an ongoing effort to build stronger ties with established ecosystems and networks. By working with ZEBOX we hope to unlock greater access to assets, industry information, investors and corporate leaders. This cooperative approach allows us to better support startups and bridge the gap between agile tech solutions and traditional maritime operations.
Initiated in 2018 by Rodolphe Saadé, Chairman & CEO of the CMA CGM Group, ZEBOX is an international innovation accelerator expert in the fields of maritime industry, logistics & media.

H2CHP win at SMM!
Congratulations to Stephen Hampson from H2CHP who won at SMM.
H2CHP are developing free-piston linear generators which are high-efficiency, fuel-flexible power units designed for the next era of clean distributed energy. The judges recognised the market need for innovation in power generation, particularly in ports, and the concept, whilst only in pilot phase offers real potential.

Sentinel Asset Protection win at Posidonia
Congratulations to Jon Gahagan, Founder of Sentinel Asset Protection who won the best start-up award at this year’s Captain’s Table Maritime Tech Demo Day at Posidonia.
Sentinel have developed a system for vessel access control using a smart gate freeing up seafarer time and improving security aboard.
Sentinel won through an audience vote where 33% of those polled judged their presentation and solution to be outstanding!
